PLEASE NOTE: If you are looking for SALES in any areas, you will NOT be accessed the SALES through MLS.CA as they are not available to the general public. You can access LISTINGS only, some of the Listings you find might have accepted offers on them or they may be SOLD firm. In order to get the latest Listings, contace me as I get them a day or two before the general public gets them.
